Refund Policy

At Glam Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our processes and requirements.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, as indicated by the tracking information, and must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request.
  • For orders with split shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
  • Items returned without meeting these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted at all.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us at owensmezohn@yahoo.com. If your return meets the conditions above, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at owensmezohn@yahoo.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
